Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia the next business day after ordering but please keep in mind that my dewy team does not operate over the weekend or public holidays because every bae needs a break!

Email me at dewy@dewyandbae.com with the subject line “Urgent: Wrong Address” with your order number and correct details. The more info you give me, the sooner I can try to change your details. My dewy fam is super-efficient and they usually send your order asap so please keep in mind that your order may have already been dispatched. Please be as careful as possible in providing the correct information when placing your order

I’ll send you a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can watch your bae fly!

There also may be customs or import charges charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. We cannot predict these charges and is subject to each country's laws. Dewy&Bae will not be responsible for these charges. Please note, if you choose not to pay the import duties, we cannot offer refunds of sent items.

It's not you Bae, it's me. If you’ve given me a good go for a few weeks and I am just not the bae for you, please contact my dewy team at hello@dewyandbae.com so I can make things right.

Please note, I do not offer refunds on heavily used, damaged products and do not offer exchanges online. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. I will notify you once your return has been received and approved.

The refund will be process to the original method of payment and I recommend using a tracked service to return the goods.

I’m your sweet, skincare loving bff that supports, loves and nourishes your skin with natural and naturally-derived ingredients.

All of our products are made in Melbourne, Australia, using only locally sourced ingredients.


I’m passionate about keeping it close so our packaging, retail boxes, cards, stickers, parcel box and recyclable packing fill all come from Melbourne businesses within 5-10km.


Formulations are created by us whilst the dewiness is bottled by a local family-owned cosmetics company near our office – which is also family run!

Our baes are based in Melbourne, Australia and our hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST/AEDT.

Most of our products are vegan and gluten-free except one. My Honey C Bronzy has a touch raw local wildflower which was sustainably sourced from a Victorian beekeeper whom practices ethical hive management.

We’ve had the sweetest feedback from baby mummas around the world whom have used Dewy&Bae products throughout pregnancy and after birth.


All our products contain natural and clinically stable ingredients that are safe however if you are unsure, we recommend consulting your doctor, obstetrician, midwife or doula.

Fur babies are life so we are totally cruelty free, down to the single ingredients used in our products.
