What happens after I order?
After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email which will have your order number and items purchased. This may take some time to reach you, please make sure it has not arrived in the junk mail folder.
Your order will be sent the next business day and you will receive a tracking number.

Please enter your tracking number in the tracking page for the most up to date info. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 2 days, please contact us here or at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
We typically use DHL or Australia Post for international shipping. Once DHL/Australia Post pick up your order from us in Australia, they will hand over your package to the local postal service in your country for final delivery. (eg. USPS in the United States or Royal Mail in the UK) You can continue to follow your order by using the tracking of your local postal service (eg. Google search "USPS tracking" for USA). Once it arrives in your country, the best way to find out where your order is by contacting your local postal service. Otherwise please get in touch with us so we can help :)
